Beth has been with First Group for over 13 years and helped with the smooth transition of Talascend International joining the group of companies. Some of Beth's responsibilities include internal recruitment, improving our culture and employee experience, as well as ensuring all policies are up to date and adhered to and overall overseeing any HR queries are dealt with in the correct manner.
