Site Supervisor

We are hiring X2 Site Supervisors for long-term projects in Leeds

Details:

• Locations: Leeds, North West & Penrith
• Start Date: Mid-March
• Contract: Long-term
• Inside IR35
• Rate: Up to £500 per day
• Hotel accommodation provided if needed
• 1.25x uplift for nights & weekends

 Key Requirements:

• Experience in Highways Repair & Maintenance (Concrete & Steel Structures)
• CSCS & SSSTS Certifications Required
• Ability to manage site teams & ensure project delivery
• Strong knowledge of health, safety & quality compliance

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee highways repair and maintenance projects, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery
• Manage works on concrete and steel structures to the highest safety and quality standards
• Supervise daily site operations, subcontractors, and workforce coordination
• Enforce health, safety, and environmental regulations
• Ensure compliance with project specifications and regulatory standards
• Provide regular progress reports to senior management
