Position: Welding Inspector
Contract Length: 1 year
Contract Type: Outside IR35
Additional Benefits: Mileage and travel time compensation, hotel and evening meal allowance of up to £25 per night
Location: Bolton, Manchester, Bury, Wolverhampton, and Teesside
Role Overview:
We are seeking a qualified professional to visit various fabricators across Bolton, Manchester, Bury, Wolverhampton, and Teesside. The ideal candidate must be able to drive and will not require SC Clearance as they will not be going onsite.
Key Responsibilities:
- Travel to fabricators in designated locations.
- Provide support and expertise in accordance with contract requirements.
- Perform tasks related to radiographic interpretation and DPI/MPI.
Requirements:
- Must hold a CSWIP 3.1 certification minimum.
- Experience in radiographic interpretation.
- Proficiency in DPI/MPI (Dye Penetrant Inspection/Magnetic Particle Inspection).
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel extensively.
Compensation:
- Mileage and travel time covered.
- Hotel accommodation and evening meal allowance up to £25 per night.
